Part time (Remote) Bookkeeper Required for Law Firm

Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible, remote opportunity within the legal industry? Our growing international law firm seeks a skilled bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations on a part-time basis.

Job Purpose:

To provide dedicated administrative support to the director. Planning meetings, scheduling calls, making initial calls to enquiries and organising all matters related to the admin of the business.

This is a full-time office-based role from 9.00am to 5.00pm (with an hour for lunch) Monday to Friday.

Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: £12 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hours per Week: 10-15 hours
• Type: Part-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and client accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
• Provide some administrative support as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Have prior bookkeeping experience, ideally within the legal sector.
• Be proficient with cloud-based bookkeeping software.
• Experience with LEAP software is highly desirable.
• Be able to work independently, handling tasks with minimal supervision.
• Be a confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with clients.
